15. Al-Qahhar
Meaning
The Almighty, the Dominant
● The Subduer who has the
perfect Power and is not unable over anything.

that Allah will fail in His promise to His messengers. Indeed, Allah is Exalted
in Might and Owner of Retribution. (14:47)

16. Al-Wahhab
Meaning
THE DONOR, THE BESTOWER.
● The
One who is Generous in giving plenty without any return.

From The Holy Koran:
( 8 ) [Who say],
"Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant
us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are THE BESTOWER. (3:8)
( 9 ) Our Lord, surely
You will gather the people for a Day about which there is no doubt. Indeed,
Allah does not fail in His promise." (3:9)
( 10 ) Indeed, those
who disbelieve - never will their wealth or their children avail them against
Allah at all. And it is they who are fuel for the Fire. (3:10)
17. Ar-Razzaq
Meaning
● THE SUSTAINER, THE PROVIDER

(32) It is Allah who
created the heavens and the earth and sent down rain from the sky and produced thereby some fruits as provision for you
and subjected for you the ships to sail through the sea by His command and
subjected for you the rivers. (14:32)
(33) And He subjected
for you the sun and the moon, continuous [in orbit], and subjected for you the
night and the day. (14:33)
(34) And He gave you
from all you asked of Him. And if you should count the favor of Allah, you
could not enumerate them. Indeed, mankind is [generally] most unjust and
ungrateful. (14:34).
